The hydrodynamic bearing, like the ball bearing, does not contact the metal, and the lubricant layer replaces the bearing. It provides minimal noise, low temperature and is resistant to mechanical impacts, which makes it extremely durable and long-lasting.
Anti-vibration rubber fan pads.
The frame of the Zalman AF120 fan is made of durable plastic. Special rubber pads are used to reduce vibration during fan operation. They are made of durable material that does not deform and is quite resistant to loads.
The front and back sides of the fan have eight anti-vibration rubber pads.

Optimized PWM control.
PWM control is the process of controlling the fan speed. Automatic fan speed control is used for optimal performance and low noise. A 4-pin PWM cable is included.
• an aluminum radiator with a special arrangement of tightly packed plates and a maximum heat dissipation area ensures prompt cooling and fast supply of liquid heated to a high temperature;
• an innovative pump design prevents its overload during active operation, promotes cooling and reduces the residual volume of liquid by dividing the inflow and outlet of the coolant into two flow paths. This design allows you to increase the volume, power and speed of the liquid flow, and improve the efficiency of heat removal from the processor. With the designated organization of the device, the overall load on the pump is reduced, its reliability and service life are increased, the system operates quietly at low speeds, there is no residual liquid. Thus, maximum cooling efficiency is achieved by minimizing residual liquid;
• the design is sealed and reliable, which eliminates liquid leakage during operation;
• copper base with microchannel structure for high cooling performance due to thermal conductivity of the material and a sufficiently large dissipation area. The cooling system is ideal for modern processors;
• flexible tubes in a fabric braid made of durable, load-resistant rubber and reliable fastening. The optimal length allows you to install the cooling system in cases of various sizes. A special method of fastening the tubes was tested under significant liquid pressure and at various temperatures. The separator clip fixes the tubes in the optimal position;
• high-performance thermal paste Zalman ZM-STC10 is included.
